Work Experience:	Presently Head of Department of PGDPCM course and teaching cosmetic chemical and herbal Personal (2005 onwards) Care formulation in Kelkar Vaze College, Mumbai Also Consulting Technical Head for Formulation's in KET's Scientific Research Centre Here involved in Development of New Herbal and Organic Formulations for industries. This includes selection of herbs and extraction methods, standardization of herbal extracts using TLC etc, selection of suitable cosmetic base for the same, development of formulation and stability testing.
