The annual inauguration programme of the internal committee was held on 21stJuly, 2007 in the Audi. The theme was 'West meets East'. Students from Nagaland studying in Dombivli were the Guest of Honor. The Naga students performed the traditional Naga (Zeliang tribe) dance. Rachilung Pame, a Naga student sang a prayer which they sing on every full moon day. The programme was a fusion of Maharashtrian and Naga culture!

SPICMACAY (Society for Promotion of Indian Classical Music And Culture Amongst Youth) is working to gain the interest of youth power in the Indian Culture. The SPICMACAY had organized the inaugural function of 'Virasat Mumbai-07' in our college. The world-known flautist Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia was the chief artist of the function. Pt. Vijay Ghate and Pt. Sunil Avachat accompanied Panditji on tabla and flute respectively.

The committee had organized the farewell function for the committee teacher member Mrs. Vijaya Panditrao on 26th October, 2007.

The committee held various intra-collegiate competitions. Following were the winners in those competitions:

• Siddhi Sonawane bagged the first prize in Hindustani Classical Vocal, Ghazal singing, Light Vocal & Marathi Sugam Sangeet and second prize in Marathi Natya Sangeet.
• Vrushali Ghanekar got second prize in Light Vocal, Marathi Sugam Sangeet and Ghazal singing.
• Chetan Badgujar got first prize in Marathi Natya Sangeet and third prize in Marathi Sugam Sangeet.
• Siddharth Chakraborty got third prize in Light Vocal and Ghazal singing.
• Rajshri Prasad got the first prize in Carnatic Classical Vocal.
• Soumya Shivramkrishnan got the second prize in Carnatic Classical Vocal.
• Uma Pandit got second prize in Hindustani Classical Vocal.
• Gaurav Chipade got first prize in the Instrumentals. (tabla-percussion)
• Nandan Maicheri got first prize in the Instrumentals. (keyboard)
• Yogesh Thakkar got first prize in the Instrumentals. (guitar)
• Shilpa Mahendran got first prize in the Instrumentals. (harmonium-non-percussion)
• Shreyas Desai and Group secured first prize in Folk Dance [Group] and Record Dance [Group].
• Sukanya Kumar got the first prize in Folk Dance [Solo] & Classical Dance and second prize in Record Dance [Solo] & Western Dance.
• Manish and Group got second prize in Record Dance [Group].
• Priyanka and Group got third prize in Record Dance [Group].
• Tejashri Bhopatkar bagged first prize in Record Dance [Solo].
• Prajakta Kelkar got second prize in Classical Dance.
• Monica Ravi got third prize in Classical Dance.
• Aatish Nikam and Shruti Dalvi got first place in Western Dance.
• Rohan and Group got third prize in Western Dance.
• Shreya Deshmukh got third prize in Record Dance [Solo].
• Swapna Kumbhar bagged first prize in Lavani Mahotsav.

'ANNUAL DAY-07'
The 24th Annual Social Event was held on the college ground on 17th and 18th December, 2007. The theme consisted of a musical drama namely 'Teen Kahaniyan'. Dances from Black & White, Eastman and Colour films were performed through a same storyline. The storyline was conceptualized by our students; Shruti Dandawate, Aditi Satam, Shreyas Desai and Aditya Dandale.

The students of our college formed a Rockband consisting of Nandan Maicheri [Drums], Vijay Pawar & Varun Deshpande [Guitar] and Pradnya Sawant [Keyboard] accompanied by Fatema Kari and Siddharth Chakraborty.

There was also an orchestra set by the finalists of our Light Vocal competition. The students sang the songs from the Black & White era to the Color films.
